Trading Terms

Payment:

Making a payment is official agreement to the terms and conditions listed on this page. A complete payment must be made before work can begin on your order. We accept payment by cash, cheques, cards and PayPal. Buyers from outside the UK please note: We are unable to accept cheques or money orders in any other currency than GB Pound Sterling.

Delivery schedule:

All of our signals are made to order. Please allow up to 3 months from date of purchase for all signals. We will always try and get them to you as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to extend this 3 month period, but will keep you informed if this unlikely event should arise.

Postage:

Postage will be charged at cost plus a small fee for packaging and handling. If you require enhanced insurance, Special Delivery or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order.

12 Month Guarantee:

All our signals have a free 12 month guarantee from the date you receive your item(s).

Changes in Design:

With changes in LED technology and other areas we try to keep as up to date as possible, Absolute Aspects reserves the right to make changes to the way we produce our signals without notice.

Age Restrictions:

Do to small parts and electricity, our products are not to be used by anyone under the age of 16.

Amendments and cancellation of Orders:

Due to the fact that many of our items are bespoke and made to order, amendments will be charged appropriately for additional work, it may also increase the time taken to complete your order. Cancellations are subject to a charge for the work carried out.

Returning Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items:

All our products and tested before dispatch to make sure they are in complete working order. In order for us to be able to process returns quickly and effectively, please enclose a covering letter detailing the following:

-The fault with the item

-The order I.D.

-Your contact details including a contact telephone number

-Details of any correspondence (name of person spoken to, copy of letter, printout of email)

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items need to be reported to us within five working days of receiving the item. The item should be returned to us in the condition they were received, and in the original box and/or packaging.

Faulty items must be returned to us before we can start the process of replacing them. Items will be tested as soon as is possible, and dealt with appropriately.
